Guests can also meet small local producersand participate in local food production at different didactic locations (manor farms, wineries, shops, bakeries, botanic gardens, etc.) including demonstrations on wine, olive oil, mozzarella and burrata, tomatoes, figs, ice cream, bread, taralli and much more. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy the tradition of harvesting local olives, grapes, figs and tomatoes.
